		<description>It is amazing how similar food can be continents apart. The sourdough waffles start life just the same as the  south Indian Dossa. And do you know that Pineapples are called Annanas in Sanskrit and in German? Talk about food for thought!</description>

		<description>i was just thinking that i had never even thought of sourdough waffles. then i remembered that in India i really like the &quot;Dossa&quot; which are pancakes made with slightly fermented batter, left out over night. so i guess that is similar and i love those lots.</description>
